This is an Indian cobra that was found near a building foundation. They are commonly found around inhabited areas because of rodents being drawn to waste left by people. They are also known as a spectacled cobra, Nag (???), ???????, Naya-???, ???? ????, ???? ????, Naga Pambu, Nalla pambu, ????? ??????/???? ??????), ????. They are native to India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal.
