Omo, Ethiopia - January 6, 2008: A woman from the Mursi tribe is carrying a deorated clabash (gourd) on her head. Her lips are pierced for a traditional lip plate but she is not wearing the plate, the face is decorated with white color. The Mursi are sedentary pastoral people and live in a remote corner of south-western Ethiopia and across the border in Sudan, virtually untouched by the modern world.
