Diabetic foot xray showing an amputated toe and osteomyelitis

Digital foot xray of a person with diabetes. Part of the big toe has been previously amputated because of infection and now there is osteomyelitis with significant bone destruction seen in the head of the first metatarsal. Vascular calcification also seen between the first and second toes which is common in diabetes. Bandaging noted over the big toe due to the large skin ulcer.
